RILiving The Magazine is printed bi-weekly using an automated page-creation process populated by daily listing data exports from MLXchange. To ensure that a listing is successfully entered into the magazine, please be sure to have the ad ordered using MLXchange by the dates and times outlined below as there can be no exceptions to this schedule.

Of note:

Property Ad Ordering – Listing ads can be placed using MLXchange anytime before the next Listing Entry Deadline.

Property Ad Changes – Changes to a property photo, status or list price in MLXchange will be automatically forwarded to the magazine’s database. However, any change to a listing ad’s header or description must be completed by the Listing Entry Deadline.

Cancellations – When a listing ad changes to any off-market status in MLXchange, the ad will automatically be removed from the publication. However, if a listing agent decides that they no longer wish for a listing ad to continue to be included in upcoming magazines, it must be canceled using MLXchange prior to the next Listing Entry Deadline.
