For JULY 11 - DECEMBER 26 ISSUES

On June 9th the remaiming 13 front cover positions were drawn through the December 26th issue. Twenty-eight additional enrollees’ names were drawn for for the cover position and will be first on the waiting list as an alternates.

The cost of the Cover Position is $550. Each selected participant, if they choose to accept, will be required to fill out a Cover Property Reservation Form and submit a $50 deposit by June 30th, 2008 to hold that position. (The $500 balance will not be due until the cover ad is printed.) Deposits not received by this date will result in the loss of the Cover Position and an alternate Meember will be chosen from the list of 28 alternates.

Cover Selections

The front cover must be used to feature an active real property listing in State-Wide MLS. No other types of advertisements can be featured on the front cover. The front cover must also include a brief description of the property and contact information of the listing office and listing agent.

1. There will be additional space within the publication (pg. 4 - see available design templates) for more information and photos. REALTORS selected for the cover listing will need to contact trica@riliving.com for specifics regarding the cover.
2. In the event that a listing is not available at the time of publication, the selected REALTOR® may transfer their reservation, upon request, to the Broker or another agent in their office.
3. In the event that the selected REALTOR® chooses not to transfer their reservation, the $50 dposit is non-refundable and an alternate Member will be chosen.
