To enter your name or company into the next lottery for the Cover Property, please submit the form below or fax in the printable version (PDF).
Reservations will be on a first drawn/first assigned basis.
Cover Lottery Conditions
- The REALTORS® selected as a result of the lottery will be contacted shortly after the December 1st drawing and informed of their selection and position.
- Members selected for cover ad placement via the lottery will be required to make a commitment by December 31st by completing and returning a Cover Reservation Agreement along with a non-refundable deposit of $50. The $500 balance payment will not be charged until the ad is actually printed.
- The Cover Property can only feature an active real property listing and is only available to State-Wide MLS Members. The cover listing will also include additional space within the publication (page 4) to include more details and/or photos.
- CANCELATION POLICY: Although the $50 deposit is non-refundable, those who have submitted a Cover Reservation Agreement & deposit may later transfer their reservation, upon request, to their Broker or another REALTOR® in the same office.
