The ad rates listed below are per insertion. Frequency discounts apply for ads that are contracted for more than one insertion. In order to receive frequency discounts, specific issues have to be selected at the the time the contract order is placed.

An initial set-up fee of $75 will be charged to all advertisers who don’t provide electronic camera-ready copy. This charge will be waived for similar contracted ad placements of three issues or longer.
